Once you have chosen your products we want you to receive them as quickly and safely as possible, so all orders will be shipped out using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service, with delivery within 3-5 days.
We will dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. If you place your order on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next working day. Working days include Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays and Sundays, and Bank or Public Holidays.
We won't give you the brush off
Should there be any manufacturing defect with your purchase please return it within 30 days from receipt of goods. If you have simply changed your mind or would like to exchange your item for another size or design then please return your unused purchase within 14 days, unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we can not offer refunds on brushes that have been removed from their packaging.
